Description: I only stock Roslau piano wire which is universally acknowleged to be the finest in the world. With so many different gauges of string it is vital that you fit the correct one otherwise the note(s) will not sound correct. Measure the diameter of the broken string using a micrometer. Then measure the length of new string required plus some for the coil.

String is priced per Metre and only sold in metre

lengths. If the string you require is a single(in other words not looped to the next tuning pin) then you will need to make an eyelet to fit it onto the hitchpin (see above inset pic)I can do this for you at no extra charge should you so wish.
