Terms & conditions

Paul Bexon Music individually checks goods to confirm that they are in first-class condition. We package the goods in protected strengthened packing. We endeavour to despatch goods within 14 days from receipt of payment, but if, for whatever reason, this is not possible, we will advise you. The majority of goods are despatched within 2-3 days time period.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods, you should pack them securely and return them to us, at your cost and risk, in their original condition, within 7 days, together with your original receipt and original packing and we will refund you. You should send your Proof of Return to us by separate mail. Any damage or discrepancy with the goods supplied must be notified to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We endeavor to respond to any compaints made with 5 working days.

The Purchaser is solely responsible for product use and care and agrees that Paul Bexon Music will not be held responsible in the event of injury, loss or any mishap beyond their reasonable control.

Product Warranty and Fitting

All products sold are guarranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Should a fault develop with a product please contact us immediately. Most products do not come with fitting instructions.
